Lawrence Chong (Singapore) is a global thought leader on creative change, interfaith dialogue, and the Economy of Communion, dedicated to reimagining economic systems that unite purpose, faith, and profitability. A two-time TEDx speaker, author of the Creative Change Series (the world’s first book series for changemakers), and a globally sought-after keynote speaker, Lawrence is widely recognised for igniting transformative approaches to innovation and values-driven enterprise.

Since 2020, he has served as a Consultor to the Vatican’s Dicastery for Interreligious Dialogue, following an appointment by Pope Francis, reflecting his longstanding commitment to interfaith collaboration and peacebuilding. In 2024, he was honoured as a King Hussein Global Business and Intercultural Peace Awardee.

He is a Co‑convenor of the Economy of Communion Asia Pacific and continues to work actively at the intersection of faith, markets, and society, with a mission to make an Economy of Communion measurable, viable, and scalable through faith-based capital markets and accessible interfaith networks.
